Uniform - new look

The girls said they wanted a change, so GirlGuiding New Zealand has a new look.

85perent of the girls surveyed said they liked the new colours – pink T-shirts for Pippins and Brownies with a new look logo on each, a combination of cornflower blue and and navy for Guides and predominantly navy for Rangers. Hoodies, three-quarter pants just for girls and polar fleece jackets and vests are also part of the uniform options for girls.  All of the items have been styled to a more feminine line.

There is a cornflower blue polo shirt available For Guides, Rangers and Leaders, which looks great either over trousers, shorts or a skirt.

The Leader’s uniform also has a colour change with 60 percent of surveyed leaders favouring a change from the aqua colour.  Options include a V necked T-shirt with a colour flash on the sleeve and/or a lady’s shirt which is available in pink or blue, ¾ sleeved or short sleeved.

The new look suits young and old, large and small, and all different skin tones.  We are very proud!
