Cracroft Warden
(Residential Part-time – 20 hours per week)
Do you:
• Have great administrative and communication skills?
• Want to live on-site at one of our prized National Properties?
• Want a position that is not 9 to 5 but adaptable to changing business needs and bookings?
This Christchurch-based part-time position reports to the Chairperson of Property Committee.
For this position, we are seeking an experienced warden to work with the Cracroft Committee, volunteers and general public covering areas such as:
• management of the day to day maintenance, securing grounds and all buildings;
• seek and manage bookings for the property and outdoor equipment
• cleaning and presentation of the property to guests in a professional manner
• the ability to perform minor maintenance is required
This position is ideally suited for a couple. Unfortunately no animals are allowed on this property. A small 2 bedroom warden lodge will be provided as part of the remuneration package.

National Nominations Committee Member
One vacancy exists on the National Nominations Committee. The National Nominations Committee is responsible for managing and carrying out the selection process for:
- GirlGuiding New Zealand leaders on the National Board;
- National Nominations Committee members;
- National Advisers; and
- Audit & Finance Committee Chair
The Committee is made up of the National President, the Chief Executive, two Board Members, and two members who are elected from and by the national forum for a term of three years.

GirlGuiding NZ - Leader on the Board
There is a vacancy for a leader on the National Board.
The National Board is an executive committee of the National Forum and is responsible for the governance of the affairs of GirlGuiding New Zealand.
The National Board is made up of the National President, the Chief Executive, Audit & Finance Committee Chair and four elected GirlGuiding New Zealand leaders. The leaders are elected for terms of three years. The National Nominations Committee is particularly interested in applicants with marketing or fundraising experience.
The National Board meets in person four times a year in Christchurch and from time to time by teleconferences. National Board members are also required to attend the National Conference (including the Annual General Meeting and the National Forum meeting).
This is a real opportunity to be involved in the affairs of GirlGuiding New Zealand.
