The purpose of the GirlGuiding New Zealand Foundation is to provide financial support to GirlGuiding New Zealand for its work in helping girls and young women to reach their full potential and make difference in the world.

Funding from the Foundation provides opportunities for GirlGuiding New Zealand members above and beyond those offered by the Association itself. If helps girls and young women acquire the skills needed to thake their place as responsible citizens of New Zealand.

GirlGuiding New Zealand sees in today's girl the future of New Zealand - the leaders and the doers, those with enthusiasm and commitment and a willingness to use it for the good of all of us.

The earnings of the Foundation's funds are assessed annually and are made available in the form of scholarships, loans and grants for special projects and Guiding activities.
