Salmon & black pepper patè
Ingredients:
- 100gm butter
- 1 tin salmon
(185gm)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Beat butter, garlic and cream cheese together until soft. Add rest of ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate to set.
