Tzatziki
Ingredients:
- 250 ml plain yoghurt
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½
Cucumber
- 2 Tb Olive Oil
- 1 Tb white wine vinegar
- salt & pepper
- Kitchen towel
Grate the cucumber and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Put cucumber in a bowl with yoghurt and garlic. Stir well. Blend while gradually adding the oil, then add the vinegar plus salt and pepper to taste.
