Yog marsh dessert

(serves 6 – 8)

Ingredients:

  • 500gm yoghurt (any flavour)
  • 300ml cream
  • 1 pkt mini marshmallows
  • Fresh fruit – cut up into bite sized pieces
Whip cream. Add yoghurt and marshmallows. Mix together. Place in fridge to cool and firm. When ready to serve, place prepared fruit into serving bowls and add the yoghurt mixture on top.
