My Auntie

Posted October 26. 2011
My auntie just died from cancer and i had to go to her funeral i cried and couldn't get the image out of my head of the last time i saw her we were playing monopoly and she was the best at rolling the dice because she always got a double and sometimes that got her into jail sad was sad and happy at the same time i was sad because i had lost a great auntie but also happy because now she is out of her misery.

Hey i am sorry about the loss of your auntie, but i am sure she had a good and happy life and by the sounds of it you have some really good memories of her! Keep these memories as they are precious and dont get down that she sadly passed away just think of the moments you had with her. Your Auntie wouldn't like to think that you are sad she would prefer you too be happy and go about life like you did! :) Once again i'm sorry, but your Autnie is in a good place now! :) Sophi

Hi I am soooo sorry to hear about your aunty:( All I can say is just to remember the good times as well as the bad times you shared with her. And if you think that you may forget her in a few years why dont you write her letters in a journal to keep them safe forever! Hope that helps.

Hey, I'm really sorry about your auntie - she sounds really lovely and nice. You're right - at least it did put her out of her misery, but I still understand why you're upset. I think the best thing to do is think about her. I'm not mad - I don't mean all the time, but if she was a great auntie and loved you, then she would want you to do the same. Not to dwell on the fact that she died, but to celebrate when she was alive. Just try and remember all of the good things about your auntie, and she will always think of you. Hope this helps.

I reckon that you should make a collage, Including some form of the monopoly game advertisement. My granddad died A while ago. My sis and I write him letters on leaves, and weave stick wreaths, and put them in the water by the beach where his ashes were sprinkled.
