On 6 July, Anderson Bay, Grants Braes & St Clair Districts held a canned food collection. 12 girls and 7 leaders worked together to create a Trefoil out of approx. 200 cans donated. Regardless of the horrible weather, the group did extremely well and all items will be given to the Dunedin Food Bank. The districts have decided to make this an annual collection so who knows how big the Trefoil will get in the future.
Grants Braes Rangers had a lovely outing learning how to ride and groom the horses.
Central Otago Lakes District had a stall at the Remarkables market in Frankton last weekend. They had Tim Shadbolt (Mayor of Invercargill) at their stall buying biscuits! Here he is pictured with Zoe and Jess.
