Forgot your Member ID or password?

Forgot your password?
Follow the steps on the pink box to the left of this text headed "Forgot password" to reset your password. You will need your Member ID to complete this process. Your Member ID can be found on your Membership card, see sample card below:

If you have forgotten your Member ID please check your membership card, see picture above.
Alternatively, please contact GirlGuiding NZ helpdesk on 0800 22 22 92 during office hours, we will be able to contact you with your Member ID number within two working days.
