Unit Leader
Plans and runs girl-focused, balanced and exciting programmes that encompass the values of GirlGuiding NZ.
Unit Team Member
Assists with running girl-focused, balanced and exciting programmes that encompass the values of GirlGuiding NZ.
District Coordinator
Supports leaders in running exciting programmes for the girls. Manages the District affairs to ensure its viability and success.
District Treasurer
Manages, records, collates and reports the financial affairs of the District and its units. Provides the District with financial information and support allowing informed decisions to be made to ensure its viability and success.
District Support Team
Assists leaders by fundraising for budgeted costs which are over and above the funds received through the collection of membership fees and sales of biscuits. Assist in promotion of Guiding in the local area.
District Taskforces
Formed as and when required for shorter periods of time to carry out ‘one off’ specific projects. Examples could include: District camp team, biscuit marketing team, etc
Regional Coordinator
In partnership with Zone personnel, manages the affairs and resources of the Region to ensure its growth, viability and success.
Regional Administrator
Assists the Regional Coordinator in the administration of the Region.
Regional Outdoor Coordinator
Coordinates the regional outdoor team to ensure that relevant, challenging and quality outdoor experiences are a vital and regular focus in the girl programmes.
Regional Outdoor Teams
In conjunction with the Zone Learning and Development team, to ensure that leaders have the ability and desire to include outdoor activities in their programmes.
Regional Funding Coordinator
Ensures the region is aware of and accesses external sources of funds to assist the viability of the region in order to provide quality programmes for girls.
Outdoor Administrator
Co-ordinates the assessment of outdoor qualifications and prompt distribution of badges.
Trainers
Help adult leaders to understand the aim, objectives and methods of Guiding and how to put them into practice.
National Adviser
Provides advice in key areas of programme, leadership and membership to the relevant National Office Manager and the Management Advisory Committee.
National Taskforces
As and when required.
National Board
The National Board conducts and manages the affairs of the organisation, including control of its properties and funds.
National Committees
As and when required.
Zone Learning and Development Team Leader
Co-ordinates the Learning and Development team to ensure that relevant and quality learning and developmental opportunities are provided for Zone members.
Zone Learning and Development Teams
Provide for Learning and Development needs of members in the Zone.
Zone Regional Coordinator Adviser
In partnership with the Zone Manager increases the quality of regional leadership by the management, support and development of the Regional Co-ordinators within the Zone.
