What Matters Survey - Key Findings
In 2016, the nine members of GirlGuiding New Zealand’s Ranger Advocacy Panel (RAP) worked with insights agency Kantar TNS New Zealand, to survey over 4,000 Guiding and non-Guiding girls aged 7 - 17 years old from around New Zealand.
The RAP members, as part of their role on the panel, were committed to finding out what interested and concerned girls, and who they admired most, in order to identify what really matters to girls.
The results from the ‘What Matters’ survey will in part shape the issues the Ranger Advocacy Panel will speak out on, as well as providing direction to GirlGuiding New Zealand's advocacy initiatives. In doing so, GirlGuiding New Zealand will further its commitment to being an informed, successful and Girl-Led organisation.
