Aoraki Award - Alana's report

Hi my name's Isla. This is my report for the Aoraki Award.

Hi my name is Alana. This is my report for the Aoraki Award.

I have really enjoyed my time at Guides and I got a lot out of it.  Some of the new skills I learnt were:

  • Putting up a tent
  • Using a gas cooker
  • Building a fire
  • Fixing tents
  • Sticking to things so I can achieve them
  • And a whole lot more

Some of the best things we did were:

  • WAGGGS Free Being Me
  • Quidditch games at Hogwarts camp
  • Going to Jamboree in Christchurch
  • Making new friends
  • ANZAC parade
  • My Camp Leadership Experience

I am thankful for the amazing leaders I have and how fun they have made my Guiding journey. I am now looking forward to new challenges at Rangers.
